Cameron serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, which he founded in 1976. Cameron focuses on new business development, strategic planning and advancements in the appliance recycling and energy efficiency industries.

Jeffery P. Ostapeic

Chief Financial Officer

Ostapeic is responsible for ARCA’s financial and accounting compliance, including internal controls, reporting and disclosures, SEC filings and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Full Bio

Mr. Ostapeic compiles and analyzes the company’s financial statements, develops budgets and manages all of the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, including treasury, taxes, billing, collections and accounts payable. Ostapeic also maintains oversight of ARCA’s investor relations. He has held the position of CFO of the company since December 2014.

Ostapeic served as an audit partner with Grant Thornton LLP, an international accounting firm, from 2011 to 2014. He previously served with McGladrey & Pullen LLP from 2007 to 2011 and Ernst & Young LLP from 1990 to 2007, as well as international public accounting firms.

Ostapeic is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Administrative and Commercial Studies – Finance and Economics from the University of Western Ontario.

Bradley S. Bremer

President, ApplianceSmart, Inc.

Bremer directs all aspects of ApplianceSmart, Inc. stores including the management of sales and operations for eighteen stores in Georgia, Minnesota, Ohio and Texas markets.

Full Bio

Mr. Bremer’s responsibilities include management of product selection; inventory and pricing; advertising and promotions; retail website integration; store development; market expansion; and sales training. In addition, Bremer manages the purchasing and delivery of all appliances for ARCA Recycling, Inc.’s appliance replacement programs.

Bremer spent more than six years with Montgomery Ward in positions of increasing management responsibility, serving as an associate buyer of laundry and dishwashers and project coordinator of Electric Avenue prior to being promoted to planning and allocation manager of furniture in Chicago. He also held the position of market manager for Montgomery Ward’s Kansas City region, as well as group merchandising manager of Electric Avenue in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Bremer’s retail experience also includes employment as a sales consultant with Sears Brand Central and Best Buy.

Bremer holds a B.S. from the University of Minnesota (Duluth).

Rachel L. Holmes

Vice President of Client Services

Holmes is responsible for the overall planning, organization and execution of ARCA’s call center, account management and business operational services team.

Full Bio

Ms. Holmes is involved in all aspects of client services, from proposals and contracts to daily customer service needs.

Holmes is a member of the Association of Energy Services Professionals national organization and Midwest chapter, Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, International Association of Business Communicators, and Association of Proposal Management Professionals.

Holmes is a regular participant in trade conferences and educational courses related to demand-side management and utility program marketing. Prior to joining ARCA in 1990, she held several marketing and communications positions with a West Coast financial institution.

Holmes holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis).

Todd Lein

Vice President of Operations

Lein provides leadership in directing the operations of ARCA’s retail and recycling businesses.

Full Bio

Mr. Lein oversees operations of ARCA’s twelve regional recycling centers and eighteen ApplianceSmart stores. His duties including budgeting, compliance, training, policies and procedures, quality and implementation of the company’s strategic initiatives in the field.

Lein joined ARCA in March 2003 and has served in a variety of positions with increasing responsibility over the years. Before coming to ARCA, Lein held management positions with HomePlace and CompUSA.

Lein graduated from the University of North Dakota (Grand Forks) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management.

Jeffrey L. Woloz

Vice President of West Region Recycling Operations

Woloz directs ARCA Recycling, Inc.’s west region transportation, processing and recycling operations.

Full Bio

Mr. Woloz’s responsibilities also include managing budget planning and reporting as well as inventory control for appliance replacement programs.

As the former director of operations for Network Services, LLC, Woloz assisted in planning the strategic direction of the company, including long-range planning, product management and forecasting. Woloz had operational responsibility for warehouse/distribution, purchasing, customer support, accounts payable, cash management and technical support services.

Woloz holds an executive MBA and B.S. in Business Management from California State University.

Rick C. Christensen

Direcotr of Midwest and East Region Recycling Operations

Christensen oversees ARCA Recycling, Inc.’s midwest and east region recycling operations.

Full Bio

Mr. Christensen provides oversight for all recycling center staff and the duties they perform, as well as for operational aspects involving transportation, processing, customer service and administration. He conducts audits to ensure that each facility’s licensing and permits are in place and that each center complies with all human resources, transportation and environmental regulations. Christensen also conducts employee training and serves as liaison to transportation subcontractors. He has been with ARCA since 2004 and previously from 1992 to 1994.

Christensen was previously a self-employed networking technician in Colorado and Massachusetts. He has experience in design, test, installation, configuration, administration and support of network solutions (Cisco, IP, TCP, T1, ADSL, SDSL, cable modem, RG-6, RG-11). Other experience includes project management, team management and training and support of field service technicians.

Christensen has completed AHAM-NARDA Refrigerant Recovery Certification. He also holds IBM Certifications for ATS ADP Printers, Dell Optiplex, Bell & Howell, Point of Sale, VSAT SpaceNet.

Cyndy L. Janzig

Director of Human Resources

Janzig directs the design and coordination of the company’s human resources policies, procedures and programs.

Full Bio

Ms. Janzig ensures that all company practices comply with state and federal labor laws, including fulfilling human resources reporting requirements. She maintains overall responsibility for ARCA’s Affirmative Action Plan and oversees supplier diversity initiatives. Janzig is also responsible for implementation of employee health and safety training and managing workers’ compensation claims and investigations. Janzig also is the lead in the hiring, screening, training and certification process associated with staff for utility program operations.

Janzig has extensive training in human resources best practices which includes the 2006-2008 Upper Midwest Employment Law Institute seminar, 2007 Conducting Legal Workplace Investigations seminar, California’s Mandated 2008 Sexual Harassment Training Session Law AB 1825, 2008-2009 Sexual Harassment Prevention, Diversity and Ethics Training and the 2009 Employment Law Changes Seminar. Janzig also attends two employment law seminars annually.

Janzig holds a B.F.A. in Communications from the University of Wisconsin (Superior).

Neville Perera

Director of Information Technology

Perera is responsible for the overall planning, organization and execution of IT for ARCA’s operations.

Full Bio

Mr. Perrera directs the support and maintenance of existing applications, development and deployment of new technical solutions, and managing ARCA’s IT infrastructure. He also coordinates hardware, software and reporting systems and quality control processes to ensure successful client relations and achievement of program goals. He also serves as liaison to ARCA’s technical services and incentive management partners.

Perera has been with ARCA since 2003 and previously held the position of technical services manager. Perera also currently serves as managing director of Univell Microsystems (Pvt) Ltd., a Sri Lanka based company. Prior to joining ARCA, Perera served as a design and development engineer and technical officer for A-Z Computer Services Ltd. in the United Kingdom.

Perera received a diploma in computer hardware and software design from Rainford School of Computing and Engineering in Colombo, Sri Lanka
