Rachel L. Holmes
Holmes is responsible for the overall planning, organization and execution of ARCA’s call center, account management and business operational services team.
Ms. Holmes is involved in all aspects of client services, from proposals and contracts to daily customer service needs.
Holmes is a member of the Association of Energy Services Professionals national organization and Midwest chapter, Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, International Association of Business Communicators, and Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
Holmes is a regular participant in trade conferences and educational courses related to demand-side management and utility program marketing. Prior to joining ARCA in 1990, she held several marketing and communications positions with a West Coast financial institution.
Holmes holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis).
