Denis E. Grande

Denis E. Grande is a well-known trial lawyer with more than 25 years' experience in trying cases involving contracts, securities, construction, franchise and employment matters in state and federal courts.
Grande is a partner in the firm of Mackall, Crounse & Moore. He and the firm have served as ARCA's general counsel since the company's inception.
Grande is a graduate of Princeton University (A.B. 1969) and the University of Minnesota (J.D. 1972).
