Peter Hausback brings 25 years of financial management and operations experience with various Fortune 500 and middle market public companies to ARCA. Hausback’s executive industry experience includes an extensive array of retail companies with global operations, including IL Fornaio (America) Corp. and Red Lion Hotels, where as CFO he led the finance, accounting and IT departments, as well as all corporate office administration, while managing the external SEC reporting process and the SOX 404 implementation process.

Hausback specializes in capital formation, financing, strategic planning, investor relations, SEC reporting, and merger and acquisitions, along with corporate governance including Sarbanes-Oxley 404. He has extensive financial management experience with various public companies including international finance and operations experience.

Hausback has a strong accounting and audit background based on his experience as an internal auditor with a Fortune 100 company and five years of experience with Price Waterhouse, a major international accounting and audit firm. He maintains an active CPA license and has a BS in Business Administration from California State University in Long Beach, and an Executive MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California, in Moraga, California.
