Incentive Fulfillment
Since 1989, ARCA has managed more than 800,000 incentives for customers participating in residential appliance recycling programs. Incentives are a convenient and cost-effective method to increase levels of participation in utility-sponsored programs by rewarding customers for turning in qualifying appliances.
The incentive payment is typically financial and is handled as a pass-through cost to the sponsoring utility with no fees charged since it is part of our internal auditing process. An incentive goes only to those customers whose appliances fully qualify for the program. ARCA prints and mails the checks.
ARCA currently provides all aspects of incentive fulfillment management and payment through a computerized tracking and reporting system, which has built-in auditing controls. Because detailed documentation is kept for every transaction and is easily accessible to program staff via a secure website, the utility is always aware of the commitment status for program incentives. |
